The home exhibits curated treasures from the turn of the century era when Winters was becoming a burgeoning community. The home’s original builder and owner, D.O. Judy, was a prominent citizen who served on the City of Winters city council for 18 years. Much of what Winters is today is in part because of his role in it’s development. The tour is nostalgic, there is a story behind every piece of furniture and every detail in the home and gardens that is sure to peek interest.
