Guided mill tours offer a rare look at how our estate-grown olives are transformed into award-winning extra virgin olive oils, followed by a guided olive oil tasting that highlights flavor, freshness, and craftsmanship. Guests may enhance their experience with wine tastings and a thoughtfully curated charcuterie board, featuring Séka Hills’ estate products.
