Celebrate the Apricot Dinner at L’Apéro les Trois

A four-course dinner, plus passed appetizers, paired with our Apricot Bellini and Berryessa Gap Vineyards wines, served at L’Apero les Trois Tasting Room at 22 Mains Street in Winters. The tasting room is transformed with long tables draped in rustic linen, set with candelabras and vintage Haviland Limoges china, to serve the celebratory meal created by award-winning cookbook author and partner, Georgeanne Brennan and cooked by Berryessa Gap winery owner, chef and partner, Corinne Martinez. The wines and aperitifs are all made by Berryessa Gap winemaker and partner, Nicole Salengo Lee.

Fourth Friday Duck Carnitas Sandwiches With Tinto Aperitivo at L’Apero

Celebrate Fourth Friday with our Duck Carnitas (Confit) and Cornichon Sandwich on a Brioche Bun. Seasoned duck, cooked in fat until just tender, but with some crispy edges, is what the French call Duck Confit, but elsewhere it can be thought of as Duck Carnitas. Get the sandwich and our wildly popular, well-chilled, Tinto Aperitivo made with our Mission Fig Aperitif, Lemon-lime soda and a couple of secret ingredients. $19.00 includes meal, drink, and tax. Pick up your order between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm and enjoy your meal inside our tasting room or at our outside tables. Walk-ins welcome!

Celebrating the Orange Seasonal Dinner at L’Apero les Trois

Join us for another seasonal dinner, this one, to celebrate the orange. We’ll transform our L’Apéro les Trois’ tasting room into an eclectic French farmhouse style space, welcoming our guests with tables set with rustic linens, vintage Limoges china, sparkling glassware, and flower-entwined chandeliers. The menu is created by award-winning cookbook author and L’Apéro partner, Georgeanne Brennan, Corinne Martinez, chef, co-owner of Berryessa Gap Vineyards and L’Apéro partner leads the kitchen, and Nicole Salengo, winemaker, aperitif maker, and L’Apéro partner creates the cocktail, and does the wine pairing with Corinne.
