Downtown Winters Spring Open 2023 is a fun filled, community weekend in Winters. Join us from March 24th-26th for different activities each day!

March 24th – 5pm-10pm – Outdoor dining, live music, fashion show & kids activities

March 25th – 10am-3pm – Street fair with 130 local merchants, food & live music

March 26th – 10am-2pm – decorate Main St. with chalk art and enjoy live music
