The California Honey Festival’s mission is to promote honey and educate people about bees and other pollinators. This mission manifests itself through a physical event in Downtown Woodland, which attracts tens of thousands of visitors. In 2022, the California Honey Festival (CHF) will celebrate its 4th Festival, which will be the first since before the pandemic. This reputable Festival has six Festival “Experiences”, including: Cooking & Demonstration Stage, Native/Pollinator Plant Education Area, Honey Lab, Live Music Stage, Beer & Mead Garden, and kid zones sprinkled throughout. Featured Street Vendors with a honey & pollination focus will create a buzz on Main Street, along with Downtown Woodland’s brick and mortar shops. Dedicated partners such as UC Davis’ Honey and Pollination Center, UC Davis Arboretum, the City of Woodland, Nugget, and an array of local businesses and sponsors are to thank for this unique Festival experience in the heart of Yolo County.
